Verachi provides decision capture, linking, and search features for teams. Your use of the service is subject to these terms and your subscription plan.

Accounts & Access

You are responsible for account security, user permissions, and lawful use of integrations connected to your workspace.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, or interfere with platform security or availability.

Billing

Paid plans are billed according to your selected package. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Data & Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. We process data solely to operate and improve the service under your instructions.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages can affect availability.

Termination

Either party may terminate according to contract terms. On termination, workspace access ends and data handling follows our retention and deletion policy.
